These terms govern your use of the AliCheckout Chrome extension ("the extension") and the website alicheckout.com. By installing or using the extension you agree to them. They are deliberately short; if anything is unclear, write to info@alicheckout.com.

1. What AliCheckout is

AliCheckout is a free browser extension that collects store coupon codes shown in your own AliExpress account, displays them on product and checkout pages, and – when you ask it to – enters a code into AliExpress' promo code field and presses Apply. It is an independent tool. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by AliExpress or Alibaba Group, and "AliExpress" is used only to describe compatibility.

2. Your responsibilities

You are responsible for your AliExpress account and for every order you place. The extension never places orders, makes payments or changes shipping or payment options. You must use the extension in accordance with AliExpress' own terms of service and applicable law, and you must not use it to circumvent any AliExpress rule, coupon condition or security measure. You may not modify, redistribute or sell the extension or present it as your own.

3. No guarantee of savings

Whether a code applies is decided entirely by AliExpress. Codes may have minimum order amounts, may expire, may be limited to one per store per order, and may not be available for "Choice" or "Shipped by AliExpress" items. The extension shows the result AliExpress returns; it cannot guarantee that any code will be accepted or that you will save any particular amount. Figures such as "typical savings" on our website are illustrative, not promises.

4. Availability and changes

AliExpress may change its website at any time, which can cause parts of the extension to stop working until we update it. We may update, change or discontinue the extension or any feature at any time without notice. We may also update these terms; continued use after a change means you accept the new terms.

5. Affiliate links

The extension uses AliExpress affiliate links. If you buy through these links, we may earn a small commission at no extra cost to you. This does not affect the price you pay or the terms of your order with AliExpress.

6. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The extension and website are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss, lost savings, lost discounts, or any loss arising from your use of AliExpress, from changes to the AliExpress website, or from your reliance on information shown by the extension. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including your statutory rights as a consumer.

7. Privacy

How the extension handles data is described in our privacy policy, which forms part of these terms.

8. Termination

You may stop using the extension at any time by removing it from your browser, which deletes its local data. We may suspend or stop providing the extension if you breach these terms or if we discontinue the project.
