Refund Policy

Your satisfaction is our first concern. That’s why all eligible courses purchased on Alicheckout can be refunded within 30 days. If for some reason you are not satisfied with a course, you can request a refund.

However, some restrictions may apply and some purchases may be eligible only for credit refunds. For more information on our refund policy, see below.

Our 30-day refund policy

While our 30-day refund policy is to allow participants to learn risk-free, we also need to protect our trainers from fraud and offer them a reasonable payment schedule. Payments are sent to trainers after a 30 day period. Accordingly, we will not process refund requests received more than 30 days after purchasing a course.

Additional reasons for refusal of reimbursement

We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to limit or deny refund requests if we believe that this is an abuse of the refund policy, including, but not limited to, in the following cases:

  • A participant has used or downloaded a significant part of the course before making their refund request.
  • One participant requested multiple refunds for the same course.
  • A participant requested too many refunds.
  • Users whose accounts have been banned or whose access to courses has been disabled due to a violation of our Terms and Conditions or our Trust and Safety Guidelines will not be reimbursed. We do not provide refunds for subscription services.

These reimbursement limitations are applicable to the extent permitted by law.

Credit refunds only

In cases where a transaction is not eligible for a cash refund, the refund will be issued in the form of Alicheckout credits, provided that it meets our 30-day refund policy.

If the purchase of your course is only eligible for a credit refund, this will be indicated on the refund page.

The following types of purchases are only eligible for credit refunds

IOS (Apple) devices: iOS payments are processed by Apple, not Alicheckout, so we are unable to refund purchases made from the Apple App Store. To learn more about Apple’s refund policy, see on Apple’s ooficial website.

Bank Transfers and Cash: Certain methods of bank transfers / cash payments are only eligible for credit refunds.

Boleto Bancário: courses purchased through Boleto Bancário are only eligible for loan repayments

Refund of lots purchased through third party suppliers

Since the payment for the bundle has been processed by the third-party vendor, the transaction is not recorded in our records and we cannot process the refund. Please direct your reimbursement request to the third-party supplier.
